The newly built Springwood Aquatic & Fitness Centre has an indoor 25m swimming pool, a leisure pool and a children's pool with a whirlpool and waterslide that operates daily at set times.
The centre also contains a fully equipped fitness centre, sauna, spa and steam room and full-catered cafeteria.
Blue Mountains residents and visitors are fortunate to have five high standard swim and leisure centres spread throughout the Blue Mountains including Glenbrook, Springwood. Lawson, Katoomba and newly re-opened Blackheath Pool.
All of the pools have school holiday fun programs with large inflatable obstacle course at all the centres plus a waterslide operating at certain times at Springwood Aquatic & Fitness Centre.
Centres are open daily and run intensive Learn To Swim programs.

Blue Mountains Leisure Centres are five dedicated leisure centres throughout the Blue Mountains all offering different facilities.
There are two Leisure centres open year round, one at Katoomba and one at Springwood each with a range of competitive and recreational pools and programs as well as Fitness centres and group fitness available. The three outdoor pool facilities at Glenbrook, Lawson and Blackheath each have a range of competitive and recreational pools and are open seasonally.
